• X Outdoor Lighting uses SMS/Text Messaging for appointment reminders, confirmations, scheduling updates, follow ups, status updates, service notifications, invoice reminders, and responses to inquiries.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “Stop” to 858-914-0812. After you send the SMS message “STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive
  SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. 
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 858-914-0812.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages not to exceed 2 a day unless responding to inquiries. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Any estimates provided by X Outdoor Lighting are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change upon further inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract or agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen conditions, additional materials, or scope changes are identified during the course of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Outdoor Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or text messaging communications.
